Parents and families worry about their students when they are abroad studying and working. We understand this very well because we too are parents.  We appreciate the need for parents to know that someone is at hand to help their children should they require it.  After all, it doesn’t matter what age our children are – they are our children forever.

Our aim is to provide a high level of service and care to prevent any unnecessary stress and to give parents and families peace of mind.

We hold pre-departure sessions for students before they leave to inform them about aspects relating to studying, living and working in Australia.

Students will be contacted throughout their time in Australia to ensure all is well and that their study is progressing as anticipated. She will assist students with any problems they may encounter along the way.
